Don't see many gym routines here by guys in this section (strangely?). I'm looking for a more effective one...
mainly 70-80% weights x 6-8 reps
Chest:
Dumbbell flat bench press
incline dumbbell bench press
bench pullovers
(I don't know what you call this, but the motion is similar to cable flyes)
Shoulders:
Shoulder press
Lateral raises
Bent-over dumbbell raises
Bent-over delt raises
Weighted Shrugs
Arms:
Bicep curls
Incline bicep curls
Reverse grip rows
Concentration curls
Bent weighted dips
Close grip bench press
Tricep extensions
Abs:
Weighted situps
Hanging leg raises
Ab rollers
Dumbbell side bends
Do you guys have any tips? While mine is effective, it's a little slow on results. Of course, there's the diet part, but that one's easy (lower carb intake).
