Having Cosmetic Surgery when you want to have kids?

So I was scanning the threads here and read a post that showed someone who shared an opinion I've had on my mind for a while now, and thought maybe I should bring this topic to light.

First off, don't get me wrong. There is honestly nothing wrong with cosmetic surgery and I'm one of the many who wants to go under the knife. However, I'm also one of those people who don't want children (personal choice, as well as other factors). So with that said, let's move on.

Have any of you heard the story of how in China, a man sued his wife because their baby was ugly? To go a bit more in depth, the wife had surgery done but I believe she didn't tell him (I don't trust online sources, so I'm iffy), so when he saw that their baby looked nothing like her (or rather how he put it, 'ugly'), he sued her for it....
And won........

Now, I'm not going to talk about that story from the husband's perspective, but rather the child's. When that kid hits the age where he/she starts learning about appearances and hair and makeup and all that jazz, not only are they going to compare themselves to all the models out there but to the people who are involved in their day to day business: their parents. That child is going to look at his/her mother and think 'why couldn't I be born like that?'. I just think it's rather unfair to the kid who, everyday, has to look at their pretty mother and get knocked down a few notches. And we all know, child/teenagehood is hell on your self esteem. I'd rather avoid using the word, but it is rather selfish. But that's just my opinion (which is always subject to change). An example is Xiaxue who personally I am not a fan of, but I heard she's having a kid and I know she's had surgery so...
I saw a screenshot of her tweets saying that if her kid turned out ugly, she'd be rather disappointed (though her love for it wouldn't change? Idk, I was this back in 2012 and I don't follow her). How she puts it, I think it's rather hypocritical because if she wasn't happy with her appearance before her surgery, then how is she going to feel about her baby when that's half of her? So that's an example, I guess lol.

What are your views on cosmetic surgery then later on having children? Like I said, my opinion is always subject to change if a persuasive argument is made. And referring to the above, I still don't think there's anything wrong with cosmetic surgery but I personally would try and avoid it if my future allowed kids/I decided to pop some out. And to stress again, THIS IS JUST MY OPINION. I know, I know, this is the internet so saying that really doesn't change anything, but at least I have it on record. I have a whole bunch of other opinions about having kids though are (or at least I think are) politically incorrect so to avoid a full blown soompi war, I decided to just voice this one hahaha. I'm not that frequent on here anyway, so I guess I can throw a few opinions here and there and not care if there's a war.
